The Sand Hill Cranes as well as we owners here at the Woods www.thewoodsrv.com welcome back the snow birds. We are waiting patiently for the rest of our owners and renters to arrive. In the meantime we owners, guests and renters have been reveling in the beautiful weather.
Upon arrival everyone seems overjoyed with all the action taking place at the resort. We have owners developing their lots and some who are adding coach houses. Other owners are placing Park Models on their new lots plus adding additions to the already beautiful homes. We have new owners to welcome who have bought over the summer and new improvements to the clubhouse. Owners are making ready their rental lots for those people who want to rent here at the Woods. We have new renters to meet and welcome. We are busy, busy, busy.
No matter what the weather we have our choice of three pools to play in. All three pools are set at different temperatures so take your pick. Our clubhouse is also designed for all types of weather. On those beautiful Florida evenings we can entertain in the large screened in patio overlooking the lake or we can party until we drop in the 2,500 sq ft Clubhouse. We bring our own refreshments and set ups to the club and leave them in our own private lockers. Pretty cool! Everyone of us enjoys cooking in the club's full kitchen which is covered by a custom made tiki hut sitting right next to the pools. The clubhouse is used by the owners, renters and guests. Many of us especially appreciate the shuttle service that is available to local restaurants and other clubs. We always have a good time at the Woods!
Speaking of good times we just had an awesome party at the club. Entertaining for us were "Deb and the Dynamics" www.debandthedynamics.net. Their music got everyone up and dancing and if you were not on the dance floor you were rocking by the pool or at the bar. Not only did they rock out they also put on a show. And what a show it was. For our big parties all owners and renters are invited quests. We sell a limited number of tickets to people from other clubs for our event parties. Check our website for up and coming events. Matter of fact we are having a New Years Eve party again this year. Back by popular demand will be "Rockin Jake" www.rockinjake@rockinjake.com . For those of you who have not had the experience of partying with this group know that it will be the happening place to be. A limited number of tickets go on sale starting Dec 1. A wonderful Thanksgiving Day feast is being planned by the owners for our guests and renters. There will be dining poolside, weather permitting, if not we just bring the party into the club. Many spur of the moment community dinners and get togethers often take place here. No one is left out at the Woods. We treat everyone like family because we are family. We are BARES in the WOODS.
